Independent Living

We offer 2 bedroom 1 bathroom units that are all wheelchair accessible, pet free, and non smoking. We have security locked complex with intercom, new fire alarm system, an elevator.

Pre-Paid Rent

You pay 20 years of prepaid rent up front. This equates to about $600 a month and if you need to vacate early, you receive remaining prepaid money back. 

Non-profit

We are non-profit facility. We have an onsite manager along with a resident board of directors who sees that all building needs are met and also welcomes input from the residents.

Family Community

We have built a warm, family community where you can participate in any of our entertainment events including bingo, cards, pool, shuffleboard, ping pong and more! We also have social times, a woodworking room, a library, and flower gardening.

In 1977, Pastor Richard Mohl of St. Mark's Lutheran Church wanted to fulfill the need for senior housing in Neenah. At the time, Zion Lutheran Church in Oshkosh built an apartment complex for seniors who were retired which served as a model for St. Mark's to follow.

The first 14 apartment units were built and opened for occupancy in October of 1978. In 1986, 12 more apartments were added completing the current 26-unit building.
